Drum Making
Birth your own sacred frame drum in my Shamanic Drum Making Workshops. The drum echoes the heartbeat of the Earth and enables us to connect with the sacred rhythms of life. Drumming is known to boost your immune system, and can be used to calm and center you. It has a pan cultural history as a sacred tool in women’s spirituality and religious life. It is likely your female ancestors drummed their connection to life, to spirit and to earth. Come and explore your own connection to this powerful instrument.
As well as holding Drum Making workshops I host occasional public drumming events and also holds space for 1:1 Drum Journey sessions- where you get to travel on the drum beat, and journey for peace and for insights.

Movement & Dance
Come join us in the dance. This is a safe and sacred embodiment practice open to all women. I offer seasonal dance sessions to connect with the earth in her dance around the sun, and to bring us alive to these seasonal shifts.
Reconnect to your body, reawaken the flow of feminine energy, and move to the living pulse of life. This is an invitation to awaken to the joy of your moving body.

Cyclical Wisdom
Sacred Women’s Circles provide women with a connection to an ancient tradition of coming together to support, nurture and hold one another. We hold safe and sacred spaces which provide the intimacy and belonging necessary for our self healing. These circles are part of the revolutionary impulse to reclaim feminine wisdom and to stand together for the profound changes necessary to heal ourselves and the world.
