Attune to your body, your spirit and to the earth.
Reconnect to your body, reawaken the flow of feminine energy, and move to the living pulse of life. This is an invitation to awaken to the joy of your moving body.
Come join us in the dance. This is a safe and sacred embodiment practice open to all women. I offer seasonal dance sessions to connect with the earth in her dance around the sun, and to bring us alive to these seasonal shifts.
Our Seasonal Dance Sessions are held on zoom eight times per year. They offer women the opportunity to dance together in a safe and sacred space. We will be diving deep into our embodied wisdom, following the impulses of our moving bodies, and to the earth body as we honour and celebrate the seasonal moments.
Do you feel at home in your body, safe, grounded and connected? Join me in seasonal dance and movement practices to come home to your living loving body and the groundswell of support that is alive in you.

1:1 Sessions
Are you feeling stuck, or going through a challenging transition or time? Sarah offers 1:1 sessions based on the modality of School of Shamanic Womancraft which recognises that you have the answers within. Using shamanic womancraft processes you can bring awareness to the patterns and story of your rites of passage and your woundings – seeing them as opportunities for growth and initiation.
Sarah works in collaboration with women, and gender diverse people to co-create sacred ceremonies and ritual. Her work focuses on creating mytho- poetic and embodied stories of rites of passage and deepening our connection to the earth. Sarah also works with artists and the wider community to create shared rituals and performance in honour of the earth.
Sarah is a storyteller, writer and emerging playwright. She believes that stories can change the world. She runs a Storytelling by the Fire session for adults.
